Overview

The Mid-UXUI Designer, has 3+ years of experience as a practitioner of user-centric product design. They work with a team of UXUI Designers creating digital products such as web sites, mobile sites, native apps, experiential UX/UI, and voice apps.

• Leading regular creative sessions to guide team members in improving user experience and creative interfaces.

• Quickly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes for new product initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure thorough design implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX, UI, or related fields with proven experience in SaaS and internal tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Figma as a primary design tool.
• Strong experience with interactive prototyping tools.
• Demonstrated excellence in design craft and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Solid understanding of digital business and product-driven environments.
• Experience with scalable design systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to translate design requirements.
