The Cybersecurity Senior Advisor at GDIT will play a crucial role in building cyber defenses and ensuring the security of clients' missions using advanced technologies.

In Short

• Lead cyber security efforts and manage security policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and security impact evaluations.

• Perform ISSO related duties and maintain security checklists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT cyber security experience.
• Proficient in cybersecurity frameworks and policies.
• Experience in conducting security assessments.
• Knowledge of ISSO responsibilities and security policies.
• CISSP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Security + and Cloud certifications is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
• US Citizenship is not required.
