As a Cloud Developer Senior Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of cloud solutions for AmeriCorps, focusing on Enterprise Data Management and Microsoft Azure services.

In Short

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in managing infrastructure for AmeriCorps Information Model.
• Manage user accounts, system roles, and data permissions.
• Oversee Microsoft Azure configuration and third-party EDM software.
• Perform configuration changes and performance tuning.
• Resolve issues escalated from the Service Desk.
• Create end-user documentation and training.
• Provide guidance on authentication, authorization, and automated workflows.
• Monitor Azure resource utilization and provide cost recommendations.
• Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to tackle pressing challenges.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or industry-recognized certifications.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Public Trust security clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Management and Azure services.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Dynamics 365, and other data repositories.
