Project Leader / Delivery Manager for IAM, PAM - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Develop, implement, and optimize identity management and access control concepts.
• Act as a contact for stakeholders, departments, and external partners regarding security requirements and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, compliance guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Conduct risk analyses, threat assessments, and security reviews.
• Monitor and control project progress and report to management.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT operations, development, and security teams.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project management in IT security, especially IAM and PAM.
• In-depth knowledge of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and legal requirements (GDPR, BSI basic protection).
• Experience with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, Okta).
• Certifications such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, CISSP, or CISA are an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and strong communication skills in German.
• Team-oriented and project-focused work style.
