Overview

The Commercial Operations Specialist at Lonza is responsible for maintaining, validating, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Bioscience commercial data used across multiple platforms, collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in Data Management or Sales Operations.
• Strong skills in building customer relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence collaborators.
• Experience in life sciences or related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to develop standardized procedures.
• Experience with automation options is a plus.
