Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of front-end development experience, including at least 3 years in financial/trading system development.
• Experience in architecture design and team management for large financial trading systems is preferred.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiar with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization principles and techniques.
• Familiar with real-time communication and concurrency processing technologies (WebSocket, WebWorker).
• Experience with front-end state management solutions (Redux/MobX) and best practices.
• Familiar with front-end testing frameworks and automated testing solutions.
• Understanding of trading business characteristics and performance optimization experience.
• Knowledge of the technical challenges in high-frequency trading scenarios.
• Familiar with front-end monitoring and logging systems.
