System Administrator App-V and Citrix (m/f/d) - 90% Home Office Remote in Hamburg

Overview

The position involves managing virtual applications and a Citrix environment, with a focus on automation and documentation.

In Short

• Creation and maintenance of App-V packages for virtualized applications
• Support of the Citrix environment including application deployment and error analysis
• Handling incidents and service requests
• Implementing permission and role concepts for different procedures
• Creating, maintaining, and developing PowerShell scripts for automation
• Documenting processes and transferring knowledge to the team

Requirements

• Solid experience in Windows administration and Microsoft Terminal Services
• Very good knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including infrastructure and user management
• Experience in packaging and sequencing with App-V, ideally also knowledge of MSIX
• Proficient in PowerShell
• Familiarity with ITSM systems (e.g., Remedy) and requirements management
• Very good German language skills, at least at C1 level
