Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is an opportunity to be the first product manager within a small team working on an exciting new initiative at Galaxy. As the Product Manager, you’ll spearhead taking new products and features from concept to launch, building a customer-centric experience for our web and mobile apps.

In Short

• Collaborate with executives to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovative features.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, engaging, and secure user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the crypto and financial services space.
• Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Facilitate development activities for efficient team collaboration.
• Communicate product updates and maintain alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or consumer-facing tech products.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful web and/or mobile app products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with varying development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data for product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
