Director, Protocol Architect - Remote

Overview

The Director, Protocol Architect will lead initiatives to design, deploy, and manage validator infrastructure across multiple blockchain networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

• Design, build, and maintain blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in Protocol, DevOps or SRE Engineering.
• Proficient in modern programming languages (.Net, Go, Rust, etc.).
• Ability to script in high-level languages (Python, Perl, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience preferred.
