Overview

The Customer Service Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing all customer service functions and driving exceptional customer experience across B2B and D2C platforms.

In Short

  • Oversee Customer Service Operations, managing order entry, customer portals, and product inquiries.
  • Maintain systems and compliance with current SOPs and PCI standards.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Enhance customer experience by implementing process and technology improvements.
  • Lead and develop the Customer Service team, aligning efforts with business goals.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints with a focus on policy-driven resolutions.
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and present data-driven reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in consumer-packaged goods.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and analytics software.
  • Previous management experience.
