Requirements

• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Solid experience with server-side web development and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience guiding architectural direction for new projects.
• Strong understanding of security practices related to SRE.
• Experience with major cloud providers and observability tooling.
• Ability to drive alignment on decisions with cross-team impact.
• Strong customer focus and technical decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
