• You are highly technical with a backend focus, bringing strong experience in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.
• Own the development of core staking products and savings accounts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
• Lead product development from concept through to launch.
• Define and track key performance metrics.
• Develop and execute our staking product strategy.
• Participate in regular technical check-ins with leadership.
• 3-6 years of backend product management experience.
• Direct experience with staking products or decentralized finance solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of backend product management experience, ideally within crypto, DeFi, or blockchain.
• Direct experience with staking products or other decentralized finance solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technologies.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across engineering, design, and product teams.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
