Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role drives data-driven product growth. You'll build and own systems for deep user behavior insights, optimizing the customer journey. Acting as both analyst and builder, you'll use analytics tools and implement features to boost activation, engagement, and retention. You'll create a tight feedback loop between user actions and product development, shaping strategy.

In Short

• Design and implement scalable backend systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in an event-driven architecture.
• Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs to support seamless data interactions across the platform.
• Enhance email agent functionality, including automation and integration with AI-driven features.
• Build and improve AI agent systems, enabling intelligent workflows and user interactions.
• Implement and optimize single sign-on (SSO) systems for secure, streamlined user authentication.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate React-based UI components with backend services.
• Contribute to the monorepo codebase, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability on GCP infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend systems.
• Expertise in TypeScript and Node.js for building scalable, event-driven applications.
• Proficiency with GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with React for frontend development and integration with backend services.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working in a monorepo environment and managing complex codebases.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and adhere to best practices in software engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a pod structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
