Product Manager - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Manage a Product Development Squad across all stages of product discovery and development.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining feature prioritization and development timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
• Lead the product development process, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate product releases, including beta testing and rollout strategies.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Gather customer feedback and work closely with customer support teams to improve product satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2C products.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
