Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI Practice business unit, specializing in delivering AI solutions and supporting the digital transformation of the company and its clients.

In Short

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including 3.5 years in commercial Machine Learning projects.
• Proficient in Python for Data Science and ML projects.
• Familiar with AI/ML services and MLOps from cloud providers.
• Strong understanding of machine learning methods and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Keras, and statsmodels.
• Skills in data exploration, data visualization, and data cleansing.
• Experience in at least one area: Computer Vision, NLP, knowledge management, or ML optimization.
• Good grasp of mathematical and statistical concepts.
• Experience working with clients and understanding their business needs.
• Proactive and willing to initiate actions and seek new solutions.
• Open to occasional travel to clients or the office.

Requirements

• English proficiency at intermediate level, minimum B2+.
• Knowledge of AI Act regulations and their application in projects is a plus.
• Experience in algorithmic work is a plus.
• Familiarity with GDPR and handling PII in projects is a plus.
