Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Security Engineer at Futurae, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our platforms and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, conduct security assessments, and provide innovative solutions to enhance the security posture of our products.

In Short

• Perform security reviews of designs and source code
• Research and reproduce vulnerabilities
• Design secure protocols and systems
• Write tests and fuzzers
• Review and develop secure operational practices
• Provide security guidance for engineers
• Look for vulnerabilities using Reverse Engineering, Fuzzing, and Static Analysis
• Monitor security events and incidents
• Stay updated with the latest security trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience with security assessments
• 5+ years of experience with security engineering and DevSecOps
• 5+ years of coding experience in general-purpose languages
• Strong understanding of security principles and secure coding practices
• Fluent in English
