In this remote position, we’re looking for a commercially minded, creative, and adaptable Growth Marketing Manager to lead all non-event marketing at Fuse. You’ll help us expand our reach, strengthen our digital presence, and turn the right interest into real opportunities.

In Short

• Own and execute Fuse’s non-event growth marketing strategy across digital and organic channels
• Develop a video-first content strategy in partnership with our internal content team
• Use AI tools to scale content and improve campaign efficiency
• Optimise Fuse’s website and conversion journeys
• Run segmented email marketing and nurture campaigns
• Partner with the Head of Events for coordinated campaigns
• Support product launches and feature storytelling
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative for brand campaigns
• Align closely with the sales team for messaging resonance
• Measure performance across key KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
• Experience in content strategy and creation
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques
