Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at FundGuard, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, supporting ongoing development efforts, and improving the company's production services in a global FinTech environment.

In Short

• Analyze customer problems and prioritize support flow.
• Take ownership of Production service including deployments.
• Handle technical escalations and resolve complex issues.
• Triage bugs and collaborate with developers.
• Maintain comprehensive product and support process knowledge.
• Support customer integration and third-party tools.
• Monitor technology infrastructure performance.
• Automate software delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in supporting SaaS applications as DevOps or TechOps support.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes & Dockers (3 years).
• Proven experience with AWS/Azure in production environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash / Python).
• Familiarity with databases like Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
• Extensive experience with CI systems and Git.
• Experience with at least 1 IaC language.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Ability to adapt and cope with operational challenges.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
