Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Brazil. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Fullstory customers by delivering valuable insights into their users' digital interactions. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the business success and customer satisfaction associated with Fullstory Analytics and StoryAI.

In Short

• Collaborate with Design, PM, and Engineering teammates to plan, architect, and build complex features.
• Ideate with the core team on leveraging AI capabilities for customer delight.
• Architect and scale systems operating at high request rates using React, Typescript, and Go.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fullstory's production environment.
• Drive improvements to engineering processes and tooling.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Track record of building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and architectural decisions.
• Able to mentor other engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluency in English required for collaboration with US-based teams.
• Nice to have: Experience with multi-product architecture and AI trends.
