Overview

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimize their Salesforce environment, ensuring support for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.

In Short

  • Primary Salesforce administrator managing support and improvements.
  • Execute roadmap and vision for Salesforce with the Senior Manager.
  • Design and maintain objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Optimize Salesforce standard and custom objects for data quality.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Support integrations with other GTM systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and automation.
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ancillary tools like Gong, Iterable, etc.
