Overview

This role involves teaching a curriculum on a district virtual platform while collaborating with in-class facilitators to support students with mild to moderate support needs.

• Fully remote 1099 contract opportunity

• Attend district PD and faculty meetings
• Record student progress

• Schedule: 7:30am-3:30pm PST
• LiveScan Fingerprinting required
• Mild to Moderate Support Needs/Extensive Support Needs California certification required
• SEIS knowledge preferred

Requirements

• California certification for education
• Ability to work as an independent contractor
• Experience with virtual teaching
• Knowledge of student assessment methods
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to engage students in a virtual environment
• Access to a LiveScan location for fingerprinting
