Overview

This position is for a Virtual Physics Educator who will teach high school physics remotely, engaging students in a virtual learning environment while following the school district's curriculum.

• Fully remote position on a 1099 contract basis.
• CA Physics certification with ELA1 authorization required.
• Teaching 5 sections of High School Physics (3 general, 2 honors).
• Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm PST.
• Must attend district PD and faculty meetings.
• Record student progress and engage with an in-class facilitator.
• LiveScan Fingerprinting required.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CA Physics certification with ELA1 authorization.
• Experience in online teaching and curriculum development.
