Overview

Fugro Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join our Accounts Payable team in our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations.

In Short

• Processing and managing accounts payable transactions.
• Reconciling invoices, payments, and vendor statements.
• Handling vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Preparing reports and financial statements related to accounts payable.
• Maintaining confidential and meticulous records.
• Coordinating with team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Looking for improvements in the AP process.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies.
• Providing support for other accounting and finance-related tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication in Cantonese is an advantage.
