In Short

• Help manage our backlog of engineering tasks
• Ensure each task is properly categorised, prioritised and has a comprehensive description
• Help prototype new features using design tools such as Balsamiq and Figma
• Help architect new features - how each plugs into our existing technology
• Conduct research on new technologies that may bring value to our product
• Help develop system prompts for our AI agent based on customer use cases
• Additional strategically important tasks for the business

Requirements

• Passion for startups, AI, and tech
• High energy, hustle and proactiveness
• Good product sense - intuition for good UX
• Eye for design
• Comfortable with technology. Not necessary to have engineering background but must have the mindset of ‘I can figure anything out’
• Depth of thinking - all decisions should be backed up by strong first principles thinking and detailed analysis
• High agility - we will change directly often and rapidly. You must be able to drop what you’re currently doing and pick up the new priority quickly
• Based in London or open to hybrid/remote work
