Executive Producer - Remote

Overview

Frima is looking for an Executive Producer to help its business unit level up by playing a key role in the company's growth and performance. The role offers a flexible work model, allowing for remote, hybrid, or on-site work.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for partners.
• Implement tools for effective communication regarding project status.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and presentations.
• Set success metrics and business models for growth assessment.
• Validate quality and consistency of games during production.
• Manage financial performance and reporting.
• Create investment proposals to support company positioning.

Requirements

• University degree in administration, project management, or relevant field.
• 15 years of relevant experience in project management in the video game industry.
• Proven experience in an Executive or Senior Producer role.
• Knowledge of management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to travel outside the country if needed.
• Excellent command of French and English.
