Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Litigator with appellate writing experience who is capable of handling complex litigated matters to join our growing team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion practice of contested matters.
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania; NJ and/or NY is a plus.
• Litigation and appellate advocacy experience required.
• Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction appearances.
• Superior appellate writing and legal research skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage a heavy workload.
