Finance Team Member - Remote

Overview

As a crucial member of Fresh Prints’ Finance Team, you will help ensure the company is positioned to succeed financially by managing payments, reporting, and financial metrics.

In Short

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound payments.
• Drive decision making through detailed financial reporting.
• Ensure that every dollar is in the right place at the right time.
• Manage internal reporting and company metrics.
• Prepare monthly job costing reports and quarterly sales tax reports.
• Control credit card access and payments.
• Support other departments’ spending requirements.
• Identify high spend areas and negotiate with vendors.
• Respond to printer inquiries regarding pricing and payment.
• Take ownership over projects that can add value.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in finance.
• Experience with creating reports on a regular basis.
• Some experience with Excel.
• MySQL experience is a bonus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits
