Be a crucial member of a growing and innovative art team at Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup that provides design mentorship and opportunities for creativity.

In Short

• Upload mock-up and/or Art as quickly and as high quality as possible while making few mistakes.
• Ensure the Artwork meets client or manager specifications.
• Study and learn fashion and design trends among clients.
• Maintain professionalism and support the team.
• Complete a set number of deliverables per day.
• Communicate with Campus Managers to meet proof requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow artists and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and logistics teams.
• Report to art managers and participate in weekly performance meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Reliable with frequent access to phone and email.
• Good sense of trends and aesthetics.
• Keen eye for details and ability to follow instructions.
• Expertise in using Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience creating vector graphics from low-resolution sources.
• Ability to recreate art with pen tools or tablets.
• Well-functioning computer with stable internet and power connection.
