  • Execute and optimize Display, Video, OTT, Streaming Audio and DOOH campaigns.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights.
  • Take ownership of process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proven ability to lead projects and mentor peers.
  • Strong ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Paid Social Platforms.

  • Deep understanding of audience targeting and bid strategies.
