Senior Multimedia Designer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Multimedia Designer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our visual design, from concept to execution. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in multimedia design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful visuals that drive results. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Freedom Property Investor and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

In Short

• Base range: 80,000 - 100,000 Php per Month (based on experience)
• Full-time remote
• Day shift, Sydney, Australian Time zone

Requirements

• Min. 5+ years in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, website designs, and branding work.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Proven experience leading a design team/marketing team or stepping up to improve team workflows.
• Ability to present ideas, give feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, set priorities, and proactively problem-solve.

• Experience working with a Business Manager and understanding what creatives work best within an ad account.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle ad-hoc projects while maintaining a process drive.
