Overview

The HR Advisor will support the Human Resources Manager in driving HR initiatives to enhance business performance within Frasers Group, a global retail powerhouse.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of Netherlands Employment Law.
• Familiarity with HR Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
• Excellent planning and organization abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate across hierarchical levels.
• Willingness to travel.
