Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work.

In Short

• Remote 1099 Full desk Recruiter - Paid per hire
• Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped)
• Average fee: $15K–$25K
• Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
• Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
• Collaborate in our community with optional weekly Q&A calls
• Autonomy: choose your own hours, clients, and workflow

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
