UX Manager - Remote

In Short

• Manage a team of UX designers, ensuring adherence to our design principles and processes
• Coach and mentor UX designers for their individual growth and development
• Collect feedback from multiple types of users and stakeholders to transform ideas and business opportunities into tangible assets that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users
• Develop data driven solutions that incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process while achieving business goals
• Design and conduct user testing and analyze and translate into actionable plans
• Collaborate with Product/Program Managers, Engineers and Designers, and teams across the organization
• Contribute to and help maintain the pattern library and style guide
• Create new designs & prototypes, including (but not limited to) high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes, and mockups, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years UX design experience and 2+ years managing a team.
• Excellent online or shareable Portfolio that showcases high quality enterprise SaaS design for highly available desktop and mobile solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, User Experience, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experienced in communicating with engineers and advocating for designs and UX during the development process
• Proficiency with industry standard design tools, preferably Figma
