As the Director of Data Platform Engineering at Fortis Games, you will own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our unified, game-agnostic platform that powers real-time personalization, analytics, and event-driven features for millions of players.

• Lead and grow a high-performing Data Platform Engineering team.

• Deep understanding of developer experience and platform-as-a-product thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex trade-offs between performance, cost, and speed.
• Background in building scalable cloud-native platforms.
