Overview

The Senior Business Project Manager will manage the Certinia Project, overseeing budget, timeline, and scope while collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Executive Sponsor.

• Manage Certinia Project as Project Manager
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Exec Sponsor
• Track BAU and deployment scope elements using JIRA
• Support testing of new features in Certinia Development, QA, and UAT environments
• Orchestrate project documentation in Confluence
• Facilitate interactions between field organization and Project Coordinators
• Plan system upgrades and new deployment requests
• Manage delivery aspects of the project including Certinia PS and Support
• Control financials with finance and Evolve Program Management
• Respond to business-related issues and annual project creations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Strong affinity to processes and systems
• Eager to become a PS process expert
• Experience with Salesforce is beneficial
• Experience with Professional Service Automation tools preferred
• Fluent in English
