In Short

  • Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior technicians.
  • Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children and adolescents.
  • Conduct initial and annual assessments of clients.
  • Develop individualized behavior and services plans.
  • Provide monthly parent/caregiver training on relevant ABA topics.
  • Observe and assess client skills and progress.
  • Lead a team of dedicated behavior technicians.
  • Commit to a compassionate and forward-thinking corporate culture.

Requirements

  • Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with BACB.
  • 2+ years BCBA experience.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Demonstrate competence in behavior management skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse clients.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work ethically with diverse populations.
  • Must reside in the state of Georgia.
