We are looking for a specialist Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer to work in our dynamic and fast-growing Charities & Private Wealth Disputes team. The team deals with inheritance disputes for a nationwide private client base and for national charities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in contentious trusts and probate.
  • Ability to run your own caseload.

  • ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications preferred.
  • Motivated to build client relationships.
  • Willingness to engage in business development.
  • Experience in legal design and technology solutions is a plus.
