Overview

Genesis is one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine with more than 1500 people in 5 countries, who create products for 200 million unique users monthly. We are launching Analytics Hub – a new division dedicated to building and scaling modular analytical solutions for startups.

In Short

• Manage operations of the Analytics Hub.
• Provide high-quality analytical support for decision-making.
• Develop and scale modular analytical solutions.
• Foster analytical talent within the Hub and startups.
• Shape the strategic vision for analytical systems.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of product metrics.
• Knowledge of statistical fundamentals.
• Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing.

Requirements

• Successful cases of developing analytical products from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with complex product tasks.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
• Programming experience in Python is a plus.
