Overview

Fluxon is a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders, offering full-cycle software development from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. This position is fully remote with a strong preference for candidates based in Poland.

In Short

• Define end-to-end test strategy and processes for products.
• Plan and execute testing for quality and conformance.
• Assist project teams by tracking and reporting on quality initiatives.
• Investigate product quality issues and work towards resolution.
• Champion QA best practices within teams and clients.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and debug issues.
• Learn fast while working independently.

Requirements

• Experienced QA engineer with dedication to product quality.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience testing web or mobile applications.
• 2+ years of experience in setting up testing processes.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture.
• Strong understanding of testing theory and SDLC.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD.
• Basic understanding of networking stack.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Basic scripting experience.
• Pro-active personality with a willingness to learn.
