Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

As the first accounting hire at FlutterFlow, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the core infrastructure of the company's accounting and financial operations.

In Short

• Oversee and improve financial controls, policies, and close processes
• Own GAAP financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
• Manage day-to-day payroll and billing operations
• Drive internal system implementations and tool migrations
• 6+ years of professional accounting experience required
• In-depth understanding of US GAAP, especially in software revenue recognition
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data querying knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and proactive in exploring new technologies
• Willingness to come into the Mountain View office at least twice a week

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional accounting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• CPA strongly preferred
• Multi-entity accounting experience preferred
