Head of Information Security - Remote

Overview

Fluidstack is looking for a Head of Information Security to lead our product and corporate security programs, responsible for safeguarding our systems, infrastructure, and data.

In Short

• Lead product and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Define and enforce security architecture standards.
• Manage threat modeling and vulnerability management programs.
• Implement security tooling for data protection.
• Establish incident response protocols.
• Partner with Engineering to embed security in development processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory security requirements.
• Maintain documentation on security controls and policies.
• Support audit and certification efforts.
• Track emerging threats and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product, infrastructure, or cloud security roles.
• Expertise in securing cloud environments and containerized workloads.
• Deep understanding of secure development practices.
• Hands-on experience with security tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record of balancing security and pragmatism.
