Concept Designer (Experience Design) - Remote

Overview

As a Concept Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the emotional, strategic, and experiential direction of our immersive projects. From the earliest brief to the final creative presentation, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and interdisciplinary teams to explore and articulate ideas that resonate deeply with audiences. You will help translate abstract ideas into compelling narratives, conceptual frameworks, and powerful visual storytelling tools.

Requirements

• A degree in design, architecture, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in conceptual design.
• Solid understanding of branding and immersive experiences.
• Based in Berlin or open to relocation.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
