• Seeking an experienced Software Engineer with deep knowledge of Rust.
• Responsible for architecture, interface design, writing code, testing, and documentation.
• Design and implement systems for real-time communication between drones and control platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other engineers.
• Strong background in systems engineering and drone communication protocols required.
• Experience with WebRTC and related technologies is a plus.
• Work in a fully remote environment (USA only).
• Tools used include AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Rust.
• Salary range is $218,000 - $300,000 per year.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software architecture experience.
• 4+ years of Rust development experience.
• 8+ years of software and/or systems engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Linux-based development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
