Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Flagstone, you will lead design initiatives and mentor your team while driving user experience across multiple platforms.

In Short

• Drive user experience for website, platform, and internal systems.
• Mentor junior design team members.

Requirements

• Champion user needs in the design process.
• Experience in designing complex workflows and UIs.
• Familiarity with design systems, especially in Figma.
• Some experience in usability testing or user research.
• Ability to adapt to design critiques.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
