Overview

Fixpoint is hiring Tutors for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Tutor.

In Short

• Project length: ~3–4 weeks
• Commitment: ≥ 10 hrs/week
• Compensation: $23 – $34 per hour
• Hourly rate may be higher for exceptional candidates
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction
• Review class material and teach study skills
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Prepare lesson plans and develop teaching materials
• Work with students to improve academic performance
• Engage with parents regarding student progress

Requirements

• Experience in tutoring or similar educational roles
