This role is for a working student in Talent Acquisition who will actively support and shape the recruitment process for tech start-ups, contributing to building strong teams.

Requirements

• Initial recruiting experience is a plus, but strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Strong sense of people, needs, and team fit.
• Ability to self-organize in a home office environment.
• Comfortable with digital tools and a solid technical understanding.
• Excellent German language skills at C2 level are required.
