We’re 1st Central, a market-leading insurance company utilising smart data and technology at pace. We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to help establish a consistent and effective approach towards Data Quality across 1st Central.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Data Quality processes.
• Experience in assessing and driving data quality improvement.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with General Insurance practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FCA requirements.
• Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
