Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer at finally.com, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the data infrastructure that powers our analytics, product features, and business operations.

In Short

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.
Optimize data models and schemas within Snowflake.
Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes for data quality.
Work with dbt for robust data transformations.
Monitor data pipeline performance and quality.
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements.
Implement data security and compliance best practices.
Automate data engineering workflows.
Create and maintain documentation for data processes.
Participate in code reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data engineering.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with Snowflake.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools.
Experience with data transformation tools, especially dbt.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
Experience with version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
