Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Graphic Designer to guide and elevate our visual brand identity across digital channels and social. This role will manage our Senior Graphic Designers and collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver best-in-class design assets.

In Short

• Design and polish high-impact, professional-grade digital assets for social media, email, web, paid media campaigns, digital marketing, and branding initiatives.
• Develop and review wireframes and prototypes in Figma for social and campaign landing pages.
• Execute magazine-quality photo retouching, enhancements, and composites beyond basic edits.
• Translate campaign strategy into scroll-stopping visuals across multiple platforms.
• Review and approve assets created by the Senior Graphic Designer, providing constructive feedback.
• Own file preparation, asset management, and design handoff processes.
• Lead creative brainstorms and contribute fresh concepts to campaign planning.
• Track design trends and apply relevant visual styles to keep content fresh and innovative.
