Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

F&G is looking to hire for a Software Engineer who will develop and implement code in support of portals, code, test, and document software solutions, and perform tests to validate the code.

In Short

• Code, test, and document high-performing software solutions.
• Perform unit, regression, security, and load tests.
• Collaborate with the Security team for application security remediation.
• Conduct impact analysis for interface/system changes.
• Assist in project and maintenance work estimates.
• Support custom or 3rd-party solutions and integrations.
• Provide application monitoring and on-call support.
• Develop and deliver code for deployments.
• Assist in building reusable and scalable technical solutions.
• Learn new tools and develop operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in Web applications and APIs.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in .Net Standard, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and frontend technologies.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Source Control tools like TFS, Git.
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA.
